My name is Cristina Mastromattei, I’m 34 years old, I attended in Italy the “Università degli studi G. D’Annunzio” in Chieti, achieving the graduation in Geological Science in 2009 and the MSc in Geological Science and Technologies in 2013; although my studies have focused in the field of geological science, I have always had a great passion for the culinary art. Actually I'm living in Cork (Ireland) and I'm searching a job related to my previous study, but I'm still unemployed. I've decided to create this site to dedicate myself to my other passion...I love cooking in all of its aspects, I love to cook all the kinds of food or dishes, especially cakes, biscuits and sweets to which I've dedicated this site!!! I put great emphasis in the construction and decoration of cakes and pies, I always try to make them unique and special thanks to the extreme care that I put in the realization of the details, as I believe it to be, along with taste, a crucial aspect to obtain great results. Currently my skills have been used only in the home environment, but I'd really like to challenge myself and take advantage of these skills. According to other people opinions, I have an excellent predisposition for this kind of work so I've decided to use my great passion for all those people that would appreciate the taste and the design of my unique creations.
